  Ghanaweb.com is a disgrace and should apologize to anyone who reads articles front this useless media. It has low standards for a media that purports to be a leading news source in the country. It was better when the Dutchman operated it and now that it's under the control of some Ghanaians its standards have fallen. For example, the athletic competition is currently being held in the country, but they couldn't send a photographer to capture and accurately report on the stories with current picutres of the story being covered, but had to resort to using an unrelated file photo to accompany the article posted here. Their reporting leaves a lot to be desired. It seems their reporters have no understanding of the 5 W's—Who, What, When, Where, and Why— the foundational building blocks of journalism. They ensure that any news story or piece of reporting is objective, thorough, and answers the most critical questions a reader needs to understand a developing event.
