Cr7 doesn't have the legs, the energy nor the football to be playing for a Portuguese star studded team at the International level anymore. But Coach Roberto Martinez is a Wally who seems afraid of Ronaldo to keep him out of the National team, or give him peripheral role on the team.

Ronaldo was a liability to their team at the last World Cup in Qatar 2022; and more so in the last Euro 2024. The worst is the guy is so domineering, has too much ego and full of himself deciding to take every freekick earned by Portugal, and which he wasted all throughout before Portugal were knocked out in both tournaments.
