  common sense in goal keeping. wait for the player to take the kick before you move. lf it goes beyond you that’s fine but more often the ball will be directed towards or close to the keeper because the player is also worried not to play outside the goal. this business of jumping before the kick doesn’t make sense and it is like playing cha cha.

  I agree with you 100%. In the match between Ghana and Uruguay at the 2010 World Cup, Richard Kingson moved before Diego Forlán took the free kick, which resulted in Uruguay's equalizer. If Kingson had not moved, he would have saved Forlán's shot. Yet, no one talks about that blunder; we only remember Asamoah Gyan's penalty miss.

  Let's use this world group stages as preparation for the Afcon qualifiers. Ivory coast, Gambia wouldn't ne easy to go past. After 3 competitive games in WC and 6 competitive games in Afcon qualifiers we can now go into afcon and go conquer. Team bonding will be top notch. Lets drop those who perform poorly after the group stage exit at the WC.
