In Canada and the UK, any random woman can accuse a man of anything. She may not even know the man. She just have to make an accusation even if she approached the man and he refused to indulge.

Trust me, with what i know about the English legal system, there is not enough evidence against Partey. This is why they have taken this route of prolonging the litigation and using these tactics. First, for Arsenal to release him so that he is short of money. When Villarreal signed him, the English legal system did not like it one bit and the system wanted to use the Spanish media and FA to rescind his signing but they were not successful.

They are now using the Canadian authorities to punish Partey. Trust me again, they have no evidence to convict him but as far as he is a black guy, rich and famous, they will continue on this path for some time, then the case dies a natural death.

Just mark it on the wall. After the world cup, he will be made to come to court, just for the media to take photographs and videos just to embarrass him intended to destabilise his career.

If it is found that the woman lied, the system will tell you tuff, you are a man get on with life.
