Your last question shows your limited understanding of the legal process. We don't even know whether he actually even slept with those women or not. At this point, it is their words against his. That is why evidence must be presented in court to determine the facts of the case.
Your last question is also similar to asking whether if somebody did not drive on the road, he would not have had his tires punctured by a nail. But we need to find out whether the flat tire was even caused by a nail or not. That is why we go to court and present evidence.
