1. Gh players must play 442 against them but when the ball gets past the centerline, switch to 433. THIS IS HOW GH PLAYED GERMANY AT THE BRASIL WCUP. A winger must join the attack. Colombia loves ball possession so when gh TAKES the ball, ASAP HIT them on the counter with long balls and one touch passing..they also play physical. Use that to attract fouls and setpieces in their zone.
2. Gh must capitalize on long balls behind the Colombian full backs because they love to push forward
3.Gh goalie must fix their gaze on the ball at all times because Colombia will shoot the ball from 20yards.

When Ghana played Croatia, Ayew played with his back to the Croatian goal. He didn't have the strength to turn around and beat his defender and he made a lot errant passes when he received the ball. He appeared to be lackadaisical and slow. As a captain the guy is not inspirational and failed to inspire his teammates to victory, like Harry Kane led England to victory against the DRC. The coach should drop him from the lineup because he is a liability to the team.

No coach will be sad if you are capable of receiving a ball up front and hitting a rocket of a goal on the turn like Harry Kane or Mbappe. Looking at the way you played, it's obvious no English club side will sign you from Leicester. Enjoy third-tier football. What you are doing is managing your strength through the game to the detriment of the whole squad. Piece of advice: if you can play great for 20 minutes, just do it honestly and stop trying to last 90 minutes.
