God help us if this is the level of leadership we're dealing with. What do you mean by an "official letter"? Since when does a contract require someone to write and announce that it has expired? That's exactly why contracts have end dates.

Your comments only expose a poor understanding of how contracts work. If you wanted formal documentation, wasn't it your responsibility as the employer to officially notify him that his contract had ended? Trying to shift that responsibility to the employee makes no sense.

I agree with you 100%...Ghana needs underground sewerage systems, wastewater treatment plants, and waste incineration facilities, along with the associated waste collection systems and supporting infrastructure. Implementing these measures would rapidly elevate Ghana to the status of a "second-world" nation. However, this would require investment, yet for our corrupt leaders, it is easier to funnel the allocated funds into their own pockets and keep the money within their families rather than tackling the projects and doing the hard work. Once their term ends, the problem is simply passed on to the next corrupt leaders, who proceed in exactly the same way.

Then stop badmouthing Carlos; clear the way for Kurt Okraku to leave first, and then step down yourselves because "you" are the ones who have failed. Not Carlos, not Otto Addo, not Milo, not Appiah—just you alone. Stop blaming the coaches and firing them one after another to hide your own incompetence and greed. What Carlos did voluntarily is something you greedy old men would never do. Resigning is an honorable decision requiring courage and self-reflection—something Ghana’s leaders would never do, not even with guns pointed at your corrupt heads. Ghana obviously has a quality problem resulting from a complete lack of investment at every level. It doesn't matter which coaches stand on the sidelines, the players are underqualified. Not even a coaching staff made up of the world's best (Guardiola, Ancelotti, Klopp, Tuchel) could achieve anything with the pile of rubbish you’ve provided—the result of your lousy work. You need to learn to step down voluntarily for the good of Ghana, thats the message carlos queiroz has given to you.

You are one of the key personalities who can meaningfully contribute to the development of Ghana football. I write to humbly request your support for a reform: that only Ghanaian professional footballers should be given the right to vote in elections for the President of the Ghana Football Association.

If active players have the sole voting power, they will own the outcome of their elections. This way, if an incompetent president is voted into office, the players themselves will have no one else to blame but their own choice. That sense of responsibility will push them to elect leaders with integrity and vision.

I believe your influence can help bring this necessary change on board for the future of our game.
