  If the assistant coach of the black stars is alluding to the fact that managing of the national team was a challenge because most of the players played internationally and based outside the country, then it is time Ghana concentrate on its local players to form a new black stars . After all the international players in the team were not any better than the local players and Ayew was a complete disaster during this World Cup. It is time to form a completely new technical staff and coaches since the coach and his assistant are leaving. Ghana has funded the black stars and we need to see results by winning international matches including AFCON. If not then it is pointless funding the team . Use the local players to form the new black stars. They will be more dedicated to Ghana than our international players.
