What do you mean by wrong approach? Without Govt intervention there's no way Ghana can get a National Academy. Govt shd however make sure GFA do not get closer, they're hardened Thieves.
These structures mean nothing if we don't have the knowledge or the requisite skills and that's the CRUX OF THE MATTER! The people running sports in Ghana don't know shite about sports!
