And no serious nation will appoint a new Coach barely 90-Days to a WC whilst the Coach who coached the team throughout the qualifiers is still alive and well and ready to take the team to the WC.
Our stupid and retrogressive sense of quick fix will take us nowhere.
Coach De La Fuente of Spain has coached the national under 19-Team, Under-21 and under 23-Teams for about ten years after which he is appointed the national team coach. And Spain is at the cusp on clinching the WC once again.
We in Ghana don`t have a system for growth & development because our leaders at all fronts are bad & corrupt and destructive.
