I fully support this move. Discipline is the backbone of every successful team, and the military is built on it. Soldiers are trained to obey instructions, work as one unit, stay focused, and stay accountable. Talent without discipline achieves little. If Hearts of Oak want a winning mentality, this is a smart step in the right direction.

A footballers inability to concerntrate, take and create goal scoring opportunities is more phsycological..even match management or game endurance are mental fortitudes.
A Serb coach with their stoic approach on tactics and shooting techniques wouldnt encourage this ( they perceive the black race physical)hope hes given the needed room to operate as he desires.

Or is it because they are wearing army uniforms so they can’t be qualified sport instructors? We have qualified doctors, nurses, carpenters, masons, lawyers in the army. Hasty conclusion. I’m not heart of fan but I don’t see anything wrong with this move and I don’t think a big club like Hearts of Oak will not do their due diligence before bringing those personnels on board.
