Okrakue and his cohorts are the cause of the standard. From the 80sp to early 2000 the teams altinating coaches in the Junior teams were 4 Afrane, Osam Duodo, coach Ade and Oti Aketen. All these coaches were present in the camps with their junior teams so they were able to monitor the players and promote them to the next levels as and when the need arrives. In fact some of the players from the 20 could sometimes get call up to the black stars and would play magnificently.
What has changed now? Our local league is gone, our players are not camped enough, our coaches have very little knowledge in monitoring players. And the worse of it is that we keep changing coaches like our boxer shorts. Kurt is the way to do farming? Always citing the crops and growing new crops without monitoring and adding the needed soil elements to foster their growth. You are a poor manager. And you are destroying the joy of many Ghanaians. The earlier we see Kurt and his cohorts out the better for us.

Just look at the football careers of the so called U20 team that won the world title in 2009 in Egypt and they just pittered out of football in less than 10 years after, aside Andre Ayew who used his real Biological age because he was born in Europe, France precisely where Birth Cetificate registration is the norm and cannot swear Affidavit "Declaration of Age" as you like.

Take Dominic Adiyah, for example, the guy gassed out by 2015, a time when he should be 25 years (according to his 'football age') old and should be at his peak of football power, if that age was real!
