I don't even understand where and how queiroz learnt how to be a defe site coach? Was he copying mourinho? At least mourinho has a record of winning major trophies with his style of coaching but can you say the same for queiroz? What has he won with his defensive style of coaching? He was a deputy under ferguson at man utd and ferguson was an all attacking coach. Gfa and sports ministry,take my advice and find a Jewish coach with an attacking philosophy

When Otto Addo failed, we changed him and that tradition must continue but it must always be "Ghanaians first and Ghanaians last". Otherwise, it'll not make sense to continue blaming foreigners for our own problems. What do you think Nkrumah meant in his famous saying that the black man is capable of managing his own affairs? Yes, some of our people have failed us but would we rather continue on this business of giving "first priority" for foreigners to coach our national team forever, when we can get Ghanaian coaches, give them our full support and pay them well to do the job? Silas Tetteh did it in 2009 when he won the FIFA Youth World cup with the black satellites. Coach Desmond Ofei can do the job if he's given good conditions of service and supported like we do for foreign coaches. Let's be wise and intentional about local talents as a country. We don't seem to have a strategy as a country regarding how we choose coaches for our national teams. If there's a strategy which we must stick to, I believe it has to be "Ghanaian first and Ghanaian last" Before a foreigners is considered, we must have first exhausted all avenues to get a local coach, with clear evidence that there's no qualified local talent available at the time of the decision and the evidence must be a strong one. Senegal has done it. Morocco has also done it. Plus, Bubista of Cape Verde proved us wrong in the recently held World Cup in US, Mexico and Canada. Otherwise, if we think our doors must be opened to foreigners at all times like we're currently doing, at a point in our politics, we have to consider getting foreigners to contest for the Presidency in Ghana, or? What do you think?
