It's funny how Ghana Gold Board could incurr $1.7 billion losses in Gold sales but when it comes to negotiating with Black Stars coach the leaders of our Sports department are unwilling to part $150,000 to Black Stars coach saying that it's expensive. Ghana may not be a rich country, but we should note that Brazil national team coach takes away $8 million plus as salary. France, Spain, Germany and England offer good salaries to their national coaches. We may not be able to afford millions to our coach, but offering $150 K as salary for Coach Carlos Queiroz is not out out of reach GFA and the Sports Ministry should be bold enough to do the needful. Pay the coach handsomely..!!

In the just-ended WC-2026 FIFA paid $20 million for reaching group of 32. So why can't the GFA use part of the money to pay $150K to the Black Stars coach..?? If Ghana signs a 4yr contract with the coach the nation can still keep approx $12.8 million out of the amount we derived from the WC-2026 tournament, when the coach is paid $7.2 million. C'mmon, we need smart thinkers at the GFA
