A team no normal person can manage. Let this interim board under Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe run it forever as they have been controling the team for ages and do not give the MD and coaches free hand to work.
Go and buy the team, and hand it over to the Coach and the MD.
Nyaho will run Hearts down. The man is full of hatred and does not make sense most of the time.
Give the players more money,cars,houses and they will play their hearts out.

I don't see any hope for Hearts of Oak with Tamakloe as head of the IMC. Let him prove me wrong.
