Fast forward to his retirement in 4 good years and no ONE with access to the Ghana team playing body or management took it on themselves to FIX that problem! How can funds agreed for sports persons for example have to virtually beg for approved funds after their assignment. Invited team members have to foot their airfares to join their teams and then wait sometimes years for refund. Crass useless system.
