  He always talks about how expensive it is to win a match. Not sure if that is why he doesn't try to win. His team isn't capable of coming from behind. What he does so well is making his team really hard to beat and if you beat his team it would usually be a close score so that those who didn't watch the game might think that it was really close yet so far from reality. His tactics is very negative especially for knockout football or a cup tie. He's not going to win anything with that brand of football.
