The disgrace and embarrassment is too much. We are wasting taxpayers money to pay a foreign coach every local Ghanaian coach can do better than what he is doing. The best way out is that the government should step in, dissolve the GFA( FIFA may sanction us but that is alright). The government should then appoint ex-footballers with administrative/management acumen to supervise the rebuilding of Ghana soccer with active restructuring of Colts soccer in all cities in the country. Then develop under 17, 20, and 23 soccer. We then need equity audit team to access performance for recommendations. Let's give ourselves 3 to 5 years and we will be fine again. This will even create stronger confidence in government to win the next elections. The current FA should also be thoroughly audited and be prosecuted if found guilty to serve as a check to others. God bless our Homeland Ghana and raise visionary and exceptional leaders.

The senior men’s team have especially been cut off from Ghana football scene for so long that it has no roots and low football confidence locally. That is the problem we are seeing now, it is not about good or bad players. It is management corruption and national team mindset. We need to start entrenching the team again and build with interest from the local Ghanaian football! Do not Justify huge payments for management of GFA heads with past payment systems because the value is not necessarily the same. Thank you. I remember as recent as the time of NYANTAKYI, the Blackstars used to always play a local team as part of preparations in the international break. Kwasi Appiah could even take some local players and they perform decently in the team. We need intelligent players but we also need a healthy team mindset.
