  I'm not surprised this man is saying this, the British prime minister said this first last week - until he faced criticism from his own government and the opposition parties. The British government, no matter which party is in charge, is very corrupt and hypocritical - if you are not in this country you wouldn't notice it. If Man City were in any other top European league they would have been punished long time ago - just see what happened to juventus?
