He is 100 percent correct. We will arrive at the same point if we do not fix the issues going on off the pitch, meaning the administration and development of the game. We are trying to heal a wound with bandages without understanding the cause of the wound. Hiring whatever coach is simply window dressing. Fix the problem and then we can worry about hiring the right coach, otherwise we are simply going around in circles.

We don't have the quality anymore, standards have declined significantly, so we have to begin a rebuilding phase, recruitment and development. It will take visionary leaders who understand the game and long-term planning. If we stick with the plan, we will begin seeing results in about 5 to 10 years, results meaning, winning trophies again. This is not a quick fix but a medium to long-term plan.
