Reason for the committee is simple, the President and his Minister of Sports are running away from responsibility.

GHANA MUST BE COACHED BY GHANAIANS
  1. Because Ghana’s football identity is unique — and only Ghanaians understand it.

Ghana does not play European football.
Ghana plays instinctive, emotional, creative, fast, fearless, spiritual football.

  Foreign coaches arrive with:

  - rigid systems
  - slow buildup
  - defensive structures
  - European philosophies
  - tactical models that suffocate our natural rhythm

They want us to play like robots.
But Ghana is **not a robotic football nation.
  Ghana is a **living force.

  Only Ghanaian coaches understand:

  - our streets
  - our colts
  - our academies
  - our neighborhoods
  - our emotions
  - our players
  - our culture
  - our way of suffering and rising again

  Ghana football identity

  2. Because foreign coaches do not build — they consume

  Every cycle is the same:

  1. We hire a foreign coach.
  2. He promises “structure.”
  3. He imposes a system that doesn’t fit our players.
  4. He fails.
  5. He leaves.
  6. He leaves nothing behind.
  7. We repeat the cycle.

Foreign coaches do not build for Ghana.
  They build **for their CV**.

  They never leave:

  - a philosophy
  - a school
  - a continuity
  - a national identity
  - a generation developed

  Ghanaian coaches leave legacies.

  Coaching cycles Ghana

  3. Because Ghana has the technical brains to lead its own football**

  We have coaches who:

  - understand our players
  - speak their language
  - manage emotions
  - motivate effectively
  - correct intelligently
  - inspire deeply
  - build teams, not just systems

  They have won:

  - local titles
  - continental titles
  - U17 and U20 tournaments
  - CAF competitions
  - national championships

They have proven they can win.
  Ghanaian coaches
  4. Because Ghana needs a long-term project — not a short-term firefighter

  Foreign coaches come for:

  - 1 year
  - 18 months
  - 2 years

They do not build **5-year projects.

  Ghana needs:

  - a plan
  - a vision
  - a national playing identity
  - a development pipeline
  - U17 → U20 → Black Stars continuity
  - a coaching school
  - a tactical philosophy

Only Ghanaian coaches can build this.

  Ghana football project

  5. Because the Black Stars need emotional connection, not just tactics*

  Ghanaian players respond to:

  - passion
  - pride
  - motivation
  - spirituality
  - emotional connection

  A Ghanaian coach can:

  - speak their language
  - understand their pressure
  - understand their background
  - understand their motivation
  - understand their pain

  A foreign coach cannot.

  Emotional coaching impact

CONCLUSION: GHANA MUST BE BUILT BY GHANAIANS

The Black Stars do not need another “European tactician.”
They need a **Ghanaian project, led by Ghanaian coaches, for a Ghanaian identity.

And here are the **exact men who can do the job** — together, as a united technical team.
