The two Coaches are good: Tanko and Attram. We all need to close our ranks and support the Black Stars. Kurt and the entire GFA members should just keep to their administrative work and avoid interfering with the camp Timetable and rules. They should stop interfering with the players' siesta time with their long talks that definitely conflict with the coaches' instructions, confuse them, and promote discord, disunity, and politics. All Kurt, on behalf of the GFA, should do is to tell the coaches: "Go and win the matches and come back to talk to me."

As should be the case, the order must start with the President - John Mahama, who must give the first order to the Minister: "Go and win the matches and come back to talk to me." The Minister can then give similar instruction to the GFA President, Kurt: "Man, Go and win the matches and come back to talk to me". And from the GFA President to the Coaches. Once the players are handed over to the Coaches, everyone else must KEEP AWAY. Only when the coaches need something, then it is the coaches who would beckon through their aides. To the players, they should NEVER BYPASS OR ENTERTAIN ANY GFA THAT, OR GFA THIS, once they have been handed over to the Coaches. How I wish President Mahama could give the Coaches YELLOW and RED CARDS to use, once the Players have been handed over to them.
The Players should be 1,000% under the Coaches.

Coaches like Mourinho would walk any GFA Officials who attempt to interfere with technical periods and matters. Nigeria once had Westerhof, who was very firm to the extent that he walked out the then Minister of Sports, Alex Akinyele, from the Dressing Room. Westerhof won many matches and some cups, alright with his stance. (On a lighter note, Ghana was the only Country in Africa Westerhof could not beat throughout his glorious days with The Super Eagles)

Instead of government fixing the system and removing private business people from parasitically benefiting and stealing money off the backs, effort and sweat and risk of Ghanaian international players who represent and sacrifice for love of the country, the sports ministry is not addressing the structural arrangement main. Ghana will face Somalia with local players and only subdued international players managed by the GFA agents. It seems related to the reason Sulley Muntari slapped a local club person at the World Cup in 2014 asking what the local club person was doing and conducting themselves at the meeting. We have a fundamental national football management problem that has expectedly become corrupted due to the way it is setup is based on personal trust of private football business owners and needs addressing so Ghana national football can be successful.
