It is about building back a strong colts and youth program that will do proper scouting and develop the best young talent like we used to do decades ago. When you have that, you groom a strong supply line that replaces failing, injury prone, and aging Black Stars players. You build a strong, hungry, competitive team that even an average coach will succeed with. We need a visionary GFA President and Sports Minister to team up to accomplish this, not a GFA president who is only interested in pushing sub-standard players from his personal teams and teams of his cronies into the national youth teams to make quick money.
