Dede, with all due respect to his football talent and respectable career, is a neophyte and cannot possess the transformative acumen not the critical charisma we require to make our soccer great again.

Clapping one's hands and shouting nebulous mantras in the dressing room is definitely not it.

We cannot continue to proffer deliberate medicrity as a benchmark for everything in this country to satisfy the private political benefits of a self-serving minority group to the exclusion and disadvantage of the collective.

The emergence of one-man club owners, like Bechem United, who have the means but not the gumption, are the major factor of our problems. This guy thinks GFA President is solely for Black Stars. No. The Black Stars have a management team. The GFA President is primarily for football administration, development and organization in the country. With this in mind I think Dede Ayew is now at level 100. He needs at least 3 more years of residency to study the whole Ghana football setup. Dede's father, Abedi, was the first recipient of the Colts player of the year. The award was a full scholarship to Tamale Secondary school. Abedi started playing for RTU while he was a student at Tamale. We actually need someone who can revive inter school sports. Abdul Razak started his soccer career with Kumasi Cornerstones while he was in Middle School. Being a former Captain of the Black Stars is not an asset because there are 2 former Captains, Appiah and Asamoah Gyan, ahead of him. They are superior because they rose through the ranks of Ghana football.

Illiteracy and lack of critical thinking are two of the biggest problems with our people.
Until the people and leaders start electing or appointing people into positions of power based on merit, not based on favor, tribe, sentiments, etc., every area in the country will not move forward.
