I however need to correct some factual inaccuracies.
1.Milovan Rajevac, before he took over Ghana had been coaching continually for 20 years, including stincts as caretaker of Red Star Belgrade with whom he won the league.
2.You appear not to have much regard for our recent foreign coaches but then seem to believe, that Kwesi qualifies for the job on acciount of having been assistant to these same coaches.
3. Kwesi did not have to go through a competitive process to get the job.There are better-qualified Ghanaians for the job. I would not have complained if Kwesi had had a steady coaching career, doing well with premier clubs.
4.You were araguing the Ayew case well till you decided to bring in the case of insurbodination. Which is which? Is it the injury, failure to arrive on time or problems with the coach that is the reason? The coach should be able to deal with difficult situations.
5.You are right we should support the coach but it should not be merely because he is a nice guy.If he gets to the semi-final of the world cup, he may come across Vincente del-Bosque. Google the latters CV and see the difference.
I want the team to do well, but Im sure not going to get carried away. A 4-2 win in a friendly in an empty stadium should not be justification for some of his, should i say, unusual decisions

1. You mention Milovan’s CV but I acknowledged his technical ability in my article that he was arguably the most technically gifted expatriate coach we have had. Did you read that? My comparison was with Plavi where I said his CV was not impressive at all compared to Appiah’s. You seem to have misread the article. Pls read again.
2. You seem to put so much emphasis on CVs but i believe that CVs dont necessarily bring success and sited Claude Leroy as an example.
3. You seem taken by Vincente del-Bosque's impressive CV but his success may not necessarily be a result of his qualifications but his experience. Please see Pep Guardiola's CV before he took over at Barcelona and you will see my argument.
4. Regarding Dede Ayew’s technical bench snub, was it not a clear case of insubordination? The injury issue which is a different matter was well managed by Appiah in my opinion and I stated my reasons -lets disagree if we must but I stick with my view.
5. You also assume that a ‘good’coach should be able to handle difficult situations? Is this really a given? Then ask Villas Boas and Scollari why they failed to manage difficult players at Chelsea given their pedigree. There are some qualities coaching badges will not give you.
6. I however agree Appiah at some point will have to obtain his coaching badges for the sake of his career but some coaches have achived great success before completing their coaching badges. Please see Rijkaard and Tigana’s coaching career.

We had problem scoring but many of us didn't realize that poor defence and goalkeeping were also major reasons for our mediocre performance in AFCON2012.

This individualistic attitude has left us in the ditch for 31 good years with our pedigree as great football nation with abundant talent. At the end of the day, if he is the right man for the job I believe the fans will rally and support him. I for one have no objective except to say that the fans deserves a qualify coach for the team regardless of race or creed.

Dede not too long ago played a major tournament with a mjor shoulder injury what about that!

Turning up at a camp a day before selection with injuries is not idea and no coach will consider that. I have never doubted his commitment to ghana. Inkoom sacrificed his career at Dipro to play for Ghana and has since been sidelined by his coach but he wasn't even called to camp. How about that?

Maafo, Do you follow the play in question and what is his current form like, as you said the national team is for everybody not a cross section of Ghanaians or certain tribes, i am neither against or for anybody but would advice that in our submission, we should learn not destructive but always be constructive and pro-active.

i wish the Black Stars the best of everything and pray that God will help us win the tournment, because man will always propose, but is God that fulfil it all.

It is important for us to believe in our abilities. For too long we have depended on others to solve our problems. In this 21st century, and after so many years of following the lead of others, it is time that we follow our own lead. And if we make a mistake, then we should be the ones to find the solutions. I wish you, Akwasi and Ghana all the best for this years tournament, as Ghana is always my favourite african tram. However, I will also be rooting for Cape Verde this tima around, as I belive they have achieved a great feat among all those african giants.
