The reporters did not fabricate that rumour. They just brought what they heard out. They did not accuse Ghana of doing it. they just said there is an allegation.

Please GFA, analize well before you crucify your own journalists.

1. The first ever game between Ghana and Niger ended 6-0 in favour of Ghana in Accra back in 1969.
2. The return fixture in Niamey, which Ghana won 9-1, is Niger's biggest loss at home to date.
3. The last time Ghana-Niger met was in 1994 in Niamey, Niger's capital. Ghana won 5-1
One of Ghana's premier teams like Chelsea or Edubiase FC can beat Nigers National team. I'm surprice the editor of Ghanaweb allowed this story to be published. There are some ignorant ones who may believe this unfounded story. Gyan never went out with the boy Dankwa. If he compromised, whey then did he scored the disallowed goal? Watch the video to see how he played his heart out. He wanted to proof to our technical team that he is better defender than what we fielded so as to be considered for place in the team. Believe me, he would switch countries if given the chance to play for Ghana because of 2014 World Cup appearace in Brazil because Niger has no chance to qualify in years to come

1) what prevented the Niger coach from changing Koffi Dankwa if he wasn't playing well? Certainly the guy was doing his best and the coach knowing he was their best defender kept him on. I encourage the two journalists to watch the match again. They'll realise that Koffi Dankwa really played it hard on our players!!!
2) If the two journalists claim there was bribery they should give us a detailed account "blow to blow". Seriously I think these two famine engulfed fools have been bribed downtown South Africa!! One thing is clear should you guys bring discord in our team be ready to be tracked and gunned down in Gh!!! We'll make out of you guys an Escober!!

So Veronica Commey et al should have been more circumspect in their cheaap jounalism and done some investigatios ahead of running their story.

If anythi, it is the referee who let Ghana and our Goalkeeper off the hook that should have been accused.
