It is a disgrace that Africa's BEST football tournament is being played on a sandy pitch.
Last year it was a water logged pitch in Eq. Guinea. WHY, AFRICA WHY??
Maintenance is not a big thing in africa. Even the new Stadiums in Ghana are not in a perfect shape.
