Jordan and Andrea Ayew haven't accomplished anything yet and this is what happening to them? They are only beginners in the sport. Their peak years are coming and those years would be nothing but glory so why do they want to throw all the hard work away? If this is how they will go about handling situations, then they have a long way to go.

One who takes someone's mistakes to correct his is wise. Thus, here are only two examples from the top of my head for them.

Muntari would have reached beyond this level a long time ago, if his attitude were to help him during his professional young age. All the same, glory be to God, Sulley is making it. He couldn't have made it if his attitude wasn't corrected. This is what the young and up-coming players need to learn.

Baba Armando, on the other hand, couldn't get his attitude corrected on time, which is very unfortunate. This player would have been one of the best strikers of all time in the continent; however, due to his uncontrollable temper-outburst, he couldn't make it to anywhere. Such talent is now wasted.

Why Jordan and Andrea wouldn't learn anything from those that came before them? Do these young players have to allow themselves for such an indiscipline character to ruin their careers?

A character couldn't be hidden but could be changed. A child who goes to his father to ask what Grandfather was saying, tends to learn in a hard way. You don't by-pass your grandfather to ask your father, "What type of tree is that?" "A word to the wise is enough."

These two children need to learn and learn quick for their glorious days are closing by fast, and they wouldn't like to mess up in those days. The earlier is the better.

Now, to those who don't want the boys to be disciplined and to grow and become better persons in the society, are not helping them. One disciplines whom he loves and forsakes whom he dislikes. Therefore, for these young men to grow with proper character and to achieve the fullness of their football potential, you and I, as part of the community, have to play a major role in them.
