  In the USA where capitalism has been mastered, one of the smaller markets with a good Premier team would think of relocating to establish home in bigger market Tamale. But not Ghana where every thing is done along tribal lines and bottom-line is rarely ever thought of.

  If RTU is failing, what makes you think another team like Berekum Arsenal or Tema Youth moving to Tamale will change the situation? Some of you think things that work in USA will work in Ghana.
  
  Look at the Basketball Seattle Super Sonixs. Seattle is a bigger market than Oklahoma City but the team in Seattle was floundering but it is thriving in Oklahoma city in terms of Finances and on the field achievement having gone to the finals with the Miami Heat and still doing great in the current competition.
  
  This has nothing to do with tribalism. We have rich Northerners who will not even invest in the North but build mansions in Accra and Kumasi instead of developing the North. Stop blaming others for your own created problems.
