A better GFA needs to be implemented. That is how I see it. Why the GFA had to chase any player at all? Now I see the Ghana Football Association has really lowered the integrity of the Office. As if they are incompetent in operating the football system in the country. Which country have you seen its FA going after players when the players announced their retirement? Does this make sense to you at all.

Folks, we need a group of people who are knowledgeable in the game, have excellent professional background in management, psychology, economics, etc. to run this office. There is no formal pathway to becoming a sports administrator. It may be possible to enter this occupation with no formal qualifications, though a strong background in sport and a sound understanding of business principles will usually be required. There are a number of formal qualification in areas such as Business, Commerce, Marketing and Management that may help develop the necessary skills to work as a sports administrator. Remember, one of the goal of this Association is to develop players and to retain them. Another is to cut cost and to use every economics means to build the national teams and the local leagues beginning from colts level.

Over all, these people will need an interest in sport, good organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, a high level of business and management skills, and to be able to work as part of a team.

Folks, anyone with few, at least four of these qualifications under their belts could help bring the Office of the GFA to its proper operation. Even if Nyatekyi doesn't give way, I mean, even if he refused to step down, or resigning, the next election could be over-powered by a whole new management crew. At least, like I mentioned a candidate should have four of the above mentioned academic backgrounds. We can take over for a better Ghana Football Association in the next future.

The flag of the Republic of Ghana has been stabled for far too long. It needs to be lifted up to the next level. Nyantekyi and co. have done their best when lifted it up to where is it today. We need a new knowledgeable crew to muscle the bar to the next level.

Ghanaian citizens from US, Europe, and other foreign countries, and also from home, Ghana, could team up and make this happened. With this change, better route would be used to solve the unsolving problems in the organization. Moreover, with this change, the qualified coach, the qualified players, would be selected to lead our country. Last, with this change, the accurate voting ballots would be brought before all for proper and qualified candidates to be installed at GFA positions when it is needed.

To me, if the individuals elected to this Office are from different countries, though Ghanaian citizens, the bribes and all those indiscipline acts in that GFA office would be reduced in no time. A Ghanaian American will never beg a player to ply for his country and so are the folks in Europe. There are some things, we don't tolerate and indiscipline is one of them.

This is my view and please feel free to agree and disagree for a better GFA is the focus.

It also makes it look like the return is uncertain so GFA is not under pressure. Quite simply, the GFA wants Ghana to win big on the 24th so that everyone will forget the Ayews. However, if Ghana looses then they can still bring the Ayews back and it looks good for the Ayews and if somehow Ghana comes back to win the group, the Ayews are the heroes and the GFA were good negotiators.

Some say they want to get the coach fired. Nonsense! Essien retired. Gyan retired. Was it becuase they wanted the coaches fired? Appiah and the GFA dug themselves these hole. They either cover it up quickly or they themselves will be buried in it. For me, until the coach and FA publicly accept they wronged DEDE and/or apologize to him the way they made him apologize to the coach, he is not coming back. That is probably the psychological recovery he is talking about. The whole thing was a conspiracy to show the boys and their father where power lies..period.

This is a statement designed to make it look like all is well. Behind the scenes, the GFA needs Ghana to win big on the 24th and someone to shine in a big way. Ultimately, I think this basically means that Wakasso, Atsu and Adomah need to play well enough so that people forget about the Ayews. The pressure is really on those three players. If they demonstrate the ability to be dominant against Sudan then the Ayews are finished. If they do not play well then the Ayews will run the Black Stars for a long time to come. GFA has decided to take this gamble. I suspect that they have confidence that the 24th will produce a new superstar. For their sake, I hope they are right.
