  Nyantakyi and apiah kept the bonuses with them,they ve put it in thier pokets,that's the reason why the boys were not motivated.if someone want to chalange me he should ask some of the players.the reason why ayews were exclude from the team because of money.nyantakyi cant refuse to pay them thier bonuses,if he do it the world and ghana will know.that's why ayews and muntari were out of the team to avoid problems.nyantakyi and his mafia group thing they are wiser than the rest of ghanains.They should wait and see what will happen to them in the future.

  1. every body coming to play for black stars comes with their personal commitment and ambitions
  2. i doubt the psychologist was consulted before they had planned the bonus and activities. psychology is more than just talking to people, it also involves environmental engineering
  3. when an intrinsically motivated player begins to receive high levels of extrinsic motivation, when u remove the extrinsic motivation, the intrinsic motivation will also go.
  
  if they want to improve black stars dont bring in the psychologist at the last minute, make him part of the job.

  Kojo, if you are a psychologist then you should know that the human intrinsic psychology is more powerful that the extrinsic one since the former is will-power on 'steroids' enabling the players to perform activities they don't need prompting to do. We don't know how long the psychologist was with the team since the writer never stated the duration or what methods s/he employed in motivating the players. I know one thing for sure: getting the psychologist that was in-charge of Ghana at Germany 2006. The team spirit back then was the highest I've seen within the black stars in the last 28 years.

  The best way out is to get a foreign coach who will boost the moral of the players. AA lacks charisma, he does not have the knowledge to motivate players. Get Milo back immediately, for time is not on our side.

  The question I ask is: If player are equally motivated for a common purpose, why would some not want to be commited in achieving that GOAL? Emmanuel Clottey I think should have been given another chance.

Playing for Ghana gave Prince Boateng a big pay cheque. Abede Pele a chance to play outside Ghana with a big pay cheque that goes with it. It is the people of this country that surport these players to become great. We wonder why this boys end up with all kinds of problems.Some end up broke why? There is no black magic that can stop a clean HEART.This is very disapointing to know my talened players being so selfish when Ghana have so many telented players but the people suported them to the great to wipe their Ass too.

To crown it all , the coach used the AFCON to epperiment some ideas "looming" in his head! The coach was simply not confident of winning the AFCON 2013. You can see from the "call-up" for the quali against Sudan , that he still has no idea about his "core" team ! He is starting all over again to build a team - HE SIMPLY DOES NOT HAVE A TEAM!!! This is alarming indeed, because NOBODY IN GFA IS CAPABLE OF "PULLING" THE "HANDBREAK"!GHANA HAS THE TALENTS BUT LACK THE WILL AND KNOW-HOW TO FORM A FORMIDABLE TEAM OUT OF THESE NUMEROUS TALENTS! CRONYSM,VINDICTIVE BEHAVIOUR, PERSONAL INTERESTS AND "PETTY WARS" AND INCOMPETENCE MAKE THE WHOLE ISSUE WORSE

  it is very obvious that nyantakyi and his team have failed ghana soccer. it is high time they resign honourably to enable fresh ideas and blood is pumped into the system. their npp politics at the gfa have killed the spirit of the association. nyantakyi is the longest president of the gfa and it quite clear that his usefulness has gone over board. they better advise themselves as early as possible to avoid the wrath of the supporters of the black stars.
