What a team we have in our hands. They will become very successful if better clubs in Europe contract them. They will have to go to clubs where they could get playing time, though.

God bless Sellas Tetteh for his coaching techniques and preparations for he has produced good players, as far as I'm concern. Sellas knows how to prepare his team both physically and mentally. Kwasi Appiah took the Black Stars to Dubai before the AFCON 2013 and they came out unfit. The clubs of these players have been complaining since they came and so have recommended special training programs for our players as soon as they got to their respective clubs. Does this make sense?

Oh, Kwasi Appiah, when will things work for this man? Hope he makes it through this hill of qualifications.

First of all, i want to congratulate the team for qualifying to the nest stage of the tournament...! second, my advise to the coach is that, thought the team is playing very well, he shoud advise them to stop delaying time when they are winning and play their game! they got two unnecessary cards because they were wasting time! They do not need to waste time to secure their victory! they should just play the game. We have been kicked out of countless number of tournaments because we lost valuable players due to unnecessary yellow and red cards. Ghana all the way!!!

My position on this matter was that I saw the energy in this team. That is the difference between the under 20 and the senior level. At the under 20 players are "hungry" to build their career. At the senior level it sometimes is difficult to keep everyone playing at the proper level of intensity. This is why Appiah has to keep changing the line up at the senior level because he cannot allow for complacency. The key is to keep teams energetic and excited about playing.

Imagine Sellas being the Black Stars coach with Yaw Preko or Maxwell Konadu as his deputies. It is not too late as GFA can make the changes to the coaching staff of Black Stars.
If that would be difficult, appoint Sellas as co-Black Stars coach and see the transformation. Appiah lacks some ideas and needs to undergo coaching courses and be UEFA certified.
Sellas tasted two World Cup tournments; senior World Cup 2006 as assistant coach and Junior World Cup 2009 as the boss and won GOLD. He was hired by Rwanda and performed, helped Liberty tremendously. So why wait? Give him the job now, winning is what we want.
