If the minister traveled the way he did, could it have wise and money-saving to delegate some of the responsibilities to his deputies and represeentatives in Kumasi and Accra.
This kind of mangement practice is what the president is practising. In this case, the deputies and other directors must be retrenched so that their salaries can be used to transport the minister to and from all sporting events. This will save the country money and resources.
