Serious minded teams are gearing up poaching quality players from everywhee and u are here talking bulsit. Kotoko is under no obligation to be sticking to mediocre home growned players. kotoko needs to learn how to mark player by player on matches like this, what i realised was that, during the play of the first half, they left a big space at the right rank on several occassion, the alderians are left free rolls on the left rank allowing their opponent to operate from that angel and infact leaeving their markers, as soon as the player made that move, there was a player infront who refused to meet him coming but rather left him by pass him, which lead to that go, infact, i was really impressed whn they came in the 2 half but lost hope as soon as they equalized that goal, its hurting but better luck next time

We need to re-examine our mentality when playing our North African brothers at home. Our belief is that, the heat from the sun is not good for them so by choosing to play them when it is hottest, we shall have advantage over them. But the real truth is that, no human being can function best when the weather is very hot. Thus one could see Kotoko struggling to cope with the extreme heat just as Bejaia of Algeria. The advantage Kotoko was expected to gain was therefore a fiasco.
The North Africans also wrongly believe that cold is not good for us subsaharan Africans

The reason why Kotoko is out is simple: When Kotoko played them away in Algeria a forth night ago, Kotoko was able to hold them to goalless scoreline and because they played 1:1 in Ghana, the ability of the Algerians to have score a goal on Kotoko's soil is seen as an away goal to the Algerians and away goal against Kotoko so it is counted as 2 goals, in favor of the Algerians, even though they scored just one goal.

On the other hand, if the scoreline in Algerian were Kotoko 1:1 Bajaia, then the 1:1 score in Ghana could have made both teams played penalties.

When I went to Ghana for vacation last year and went to Kumasi to watch Kotoko play Hearts(where Kotoko beat Hearts by 2:1), I told a group of Kotoko fans that their so-called K.K Sarpong, a man they believe he is a good chief executive officer, to me, is nothing but a thief, an opportunist, selfish, greedy with no vision who has come to Kotoko only to steal and milk the hefty money of the Porcupine Warriors. Because most of the fans are illiterates, the moment you criticize K.K. Sarpong they would like to jump on you but thankfully, those I addressed listened to me carefully and saw the wisdom I told them about. If K.K.Sarpong is a good leader, he would NOT have sold out all good players of the team and he wouldn't be saying "if you know how to play, I know how to sell". In fact, when I heard him making such FOOLISH and childish statement on Asempa FM in Accra, I knew that K.K.Sarpong is a big STUPID and senseless. His main mission is to sell the good players abroad for huge money and use a little money to buy a few local players at cheap prices and deceive Kotoko fans that he's recruiting. Again, if he is a good leader, he sould NOT have allowed a coach who was coaching Kotoko under 20 and women's team to be the coach of this bug club, Kotoko. The coach is not ripped to handled Kotoko and the earlier the fans glamor his sacking, the better it would be for the team. How can Kotoko win 7-0 during their first game only to be held goalless by the same team and later be outplayed and outscored by local club, King Faisals? Kotoko's inconsistency performances are clearer indications that the coach is not potent, sharp, and intelligent enough to read games to know what to do next proactively. Nonetheless, I blame the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for not being wise enough to look though the lens before giving Kotoko to illiterate alleged rich and business men of Ghana to handle Kotoko. Is Otumfuo himself smart at all? This great King has not been able to add the goodwill and prudent reputations of the great Asante Kingdom to list Kotoko's image up. Why should the King listen to his chiefs-Mpaboahene, Nifahene, Benkumhene, Gyaasehene, Bantamahene and Asante Mamponhene and give Kotoko to these criminals in Ghana who called themselves business simply by virtue of their few cedes and retail stares. How can Kotoko progress by continues foolish decisions and several mistakes being made each day by the hierarchy of Kotoko, starting from the apex of Otumfuo? Do theses greedy chiefs of Asante know how the fans and players are suffering? Do they know how many fans get accidents because of Kotoko? Do they also know how many innocent people have died through fatal road accidents by following the People's Team? Ghana has so many unthinkable leaders(chiefs, queen mothers, managers, team owners, team managers, managers, directors, parliamentarians, judges, presidents, doctors, teachers, JOURNALISTS, etc.) and until we fish them out and deal with them courageously, I don't see Ghana developed at rapid rate. The sacking of Herbet Mensah in the early 2000's has become a curse and catalyst tied around the neck of Otumfuo and all Kotoko fans, and I think it would be wise for the team to openly apologize to him and seek for his help. After all, if you wrong someone and you go to him physically and render your apology, you will be forgiven, as the Apostle Matthews says it in the Bible.

I would advise all Kotoko fans to stage a huge demonstration against this criminal, K.KSarpong anytime he tries to sell our good players out of Kotoko and keep the money in his pocket for his children and his wife. If Kotoko fans don't wake ut and make cacophony noise, their team cannot win the African champions Trophy again. They must speak! And the time is now. Is it not a huge shame that an unknown Algerian team have come to Ghana to oust Kotoko out of this year's competition after our team was able to hold them draw?
