I will like to see Essien back to take the full back position and he had a good reason for taking a break from National duties unlike the Ayews and KPB. Let them retire unless they beg to come back after apologising to the other players.

Well, coach MRAA have to be very, very careful when it comes to:

1. First, Kevin Prince Boateng inclusion to the W/C if we qualify.
2. Second what to do with Dede Ayew.
3. Third, is Jordan really deserve a call than Warris?

A word to the wise is enough, I was at Baba Yara to observed things myself and I could vehemently say that, Warris was faaaaaar better than Jordan if we want to stabilize our striking department well. Dede wants to use his influence to cover his brother's inclusion to the national team, but are they the only players available, when we hammered the Sudanda 4-0 'zedo' where were they?

Gyan for some reason packed his bags in camp and told the Coaches he doesn't want to play for Blackstars. It took the persuassion of his brother, Baffour for Gyan to come back to Blackstars.

That is why he is trying to collect all Ghanaian players in this universe. What he needs to know is that it doesn't matter how many players he would call. The maximum is 23 players. This means, he will let some go.

Where are the players he used for our last match against Sudan? Can't he rely on them? Why go for these players again?

All Appiah need is to put into practice what he just learnt from Manchini and will be okay. Calling every player is not the solution. I say that because the players will bring their game. The question is, can Appiah bring his to compliment the players? Can he bring his best to the table? He needs to map up his strategies well. That is what he needs not calling players who wouldn't get selection and would be mad about it later.

I have also noticed how he changes players at the wrong time. This is not a tribal issue. Soccer is one of those things that bring all of us together irrespective of our tribes and we should keep it virgin from tribalism.

What you have to realise is that, the Ashanti forest dwellers are not the only tribe living in Asahanti and we have every tribe in Ghana living there especially the tribes from the North and Ewes and we all get along well. We did not capture these people to come and settle in the forest but they came at their own free will and some of them have even carved out mini cities inside Kumasi called Anloga, Asawase mostly populated by the Northern tribes, Fanti New Town and others.

Sir, let's harp on what brings us together instead of what divides us, thank you.

A good coach has to be diplomatic, sagacious, prudent and resolute. The decision to include a player must be be based on the player's usefullness, niche,skill, guts, determination to sacrifice for the team and country, and willingness to abide by the norms and regimentations of the coach, who is the overlord of the team. A player must be willing to comply with the decisions of the coach even if he deems it absurd. No player should disobey the coach openly in team workouts or in a game. If a player is of the rebelious type he may not be included in the squad unless the player is indispensable such that there is no Ghanaian soccer player to fill the void if he is axed from the team.
Now, the Ayew brothers play really good football and usually feed Baby Jet Gyan with a lot of passes which sometimes are converted into goals. Are there any players to fill this void and possess the skills to execute this role relentlessly in the tough matches of the world cup in Brazil? If there are players to play this role, then coach Appiah should not be seen overtly negotiating with them. The sons of Abedi must return to the Blac Star squad on Appiah's terms and rules of conduct.
But the coach must be cautious before making any decisions.
Leading to AFCON 1970, Osei Kofi, the wizard dribbler, who had played a great role in the qualifying stages suddenly declared that he was not going to Sudan for the AFCON 1970. He claimed that when he won the footballer of the year, he was only given an oversized pair of boots. Coach Ben Kwoufie was confident he had enough players such as Amusah Pele Gbadamosi, Sunday, Seth Lugu Amexo, Joe Ghartey, Christian Madus and others who can collectively fill the void. The team played very hard but the passes to Kwasi Owusu were not of the same quality as that of Osei Kofi. Ghana managed to reach the finals but lost the by 1-0 based on a penaly shot. For AFCON 1965 in Tunisia coach CK Gyamfi left at home players such as Bulldozer Mfum,Thunderboltman Edward Acquah, Master playmaker Aggrey Fynn, super winger Mohammed Salisu and yet managed to beat Tunisia in the final match by a score of 3-2 based on the skills, guts,and determination of Osei Kofi, Frank VC 10 Odoi, Willie Evans, Ben Simmons (Acheampong), Jones Attuquafio, Joe Aikins, Sam Acquah, Lutterrodt, and the rest of the warrior team.
Thus Appiah must think hard and invoke the wisdom of Solomon in solving the issue of the Sons of Abedi.
