They were doing well in African cup before they started selling all their best players to counties such as Congo. The fact that Kotoko had a working relationship with Sunderland is not only about find players and selling them there are whole lot of things they can learn from Sunderland. It a sad day.

It will take a full article to explain but it all comes down to money. Do you know that if a player is earning five hundred cedis a month in our local league, that means he is really getting top money. Some Players at clubs like RTU, Arsenal, Tema Youth, even teams like Dwarfs and All stars pay their star players 300 Ghana cedis a month and some of them even ean 200 cedis a month.

Now here comes TP Mazembe offering three thousand dollars a month to a Player whose contract is about to expire or a team in South Africa offering four thousand dollars a month to a Player earning 400 Ghana cedis, how do you keep a Player who wants to improve his financial situation to help his family?

Mahtma Otoo is not going to sign for Hearts when some teams in South Africa, Egypt and a rumoured interest from Sunderland are willing to pay him at least twenty times what Hearts is paying him rumoured to be 500 cedis a month? The sad part is that, Hearts will lose him without getting any transfer fee for him because they should have signed him to a long term contract about two years ago.

I will admit though that Hearts has some up and coming Players like Abanga, Cobbina and slew of others who are really good and might keep our title aspirations at risk this Sunday but you can kiss Otoo goodby after June.

later the partnership of bortey and charles taylor was set assunder when kotoko moved heaven & earth to acquire taylor against hearts will. louis agyemang and prince tagoe was so delightful, so promising then in the CAF cup final kotoko ensued that although louis agyemang was on the field the player just refused to coordinate with prince tagoe until he got subsitituted in the second leg and eventually enticed away from hearts. i can continue & continue & continue.
on the other hand players who moved to hearts are either kotoko rejects or give aways: opoku afriyie,emmanuel yartey, edmund copson joe louis,
