If all Ghanaians who have achieved remarkable success in their fields in the diaspora return home to transfer best practise, what a blessed country we would be. if your argument is true, then you can also argue that he will be a better coach for the club and country he played for.. which will be a good argument that he should leave Ghana alone and go coach France where he belongs...

He is the most decorated ghanaian born player anywhere in the world. he moved to Olympique de Marseille, and won the UEFA Champions League the following year. In 1994, while playing for AC Milan, he again won the Cup, this time scoring in the final himself, being the first, and as of 2013, only player to win the Cup in consecutive seasons with different clubs. During his time in Milan he won two Italian league titles, in 1994 and 1996. So Tell me niggars, if this man had come to play even for Ghana, I am sure he would have dumped by jealous and haters like you, just as you did to Tony Baffoe & Co and he would never have played in the World Cup. Thank You, GhFuo, It amazes me when Ghanaians cannot celebrate our own. Marcel Desailly, also known as Nii Odenke Abbey, is currently residing in Ghana. Even though he felt french in his playing days, he has invested much more than any very ghanaian player or sportsman to date. In June, 2011 He opened a sports facility called Lizzy's Sport Complex, in memory of his late mother, geared to young players and children in particular. The facilities are world class with many African National teams using the centre to camp and prepare for international tournaments. Tell me, Kaduna Mafia, what else do you want from him? What has Ike Quartey done for boxing or Tony Yeboah done for football? The same PHD attitude prevented us from winning more cups during Abedi era, and then qualifying us to the world cup. Count how many quality players Ghana has enjoyed; countless and yet we only have 4 African Cup wins and this we are proud of. BTW, Egypt has won it 7x.
