  Why do some Ghanaians players behave like this. Yesterday it was Dede and now Muntari. Meanwhile these players cannot do that in their respective clubs but when they play for the nation they do all these stupid things. Why? I watched Barazil/Japan and Spain/Mexica yesterday. Top players including Balotelli were being changed but but none complained. The coaches knew what they were doing but come to Ghana and some players feel they are above everybody. Muntari must face disciplinary action just as was done to Dede. No one is above the law.
  
  We have called for concrete policies from GFA but it seems they are okay with everything. They are rather setting bad example for the youth to emulate. Next time Atsu, Wakaso, etc will decide to retire from Black stars due to the bad precedence approved by GFA.

  Any good and technical Coach sometimes may Need your style and intellligents for only 30minuts just to frustrate or destroy the game plan of the Opponent, so if the bench feel to Substitute you please make it a collective game plan and dont take it personal- by thinking that you are not performing well hence your replacement

A coach can change you because he wants other players to get exposure and experience, playing other members of the team so that in case you are injured like it happened to you just before the world cup the others will be there for the nation. You and Ayew should stop this selfishness and just believing in your selves. You should have respect for the coach and team mates to create a good atmophere. I personally like you when you are playing in the first 60 minutes as you put in a lot of energy but not the whole 90 minutes nowadays.But remenber you don't have the stamina which you use to have 5-10 years ago.

  Most players would not like to be substituted when they are not injured. This smacks from an inner zeal to do it for your beloved country which is not bad. Bur as the saying goes, "man (player) proposes but God (The Coach) disposes".
  The Coach has every right to fully utilize his players to the maximum. Whenever a team has an excellent bench, it is always good to introduce fresh legs as the game drags on. Coach Jones Attuquayefio knows how to do this very well. During the glorious days of Hearts of Oak, Jones would always use 14 players for a match and it worked like magic because some of the players sitting on the bench looked better than those playing.
  If you have players like, Agyeman Badu and Wakaso on the bench, that is an indication that you have a strong team. But the team can even be stronger if you give them chance to player for even 20 minutes or less. I believe this was what Akwasi Appiah was doing and the result speaks for itself.
  We should leave the Coach to handle Sulley's over-zealousness to play and play for Ghana.

  Soccer is a game of chance. Any player wearing the jersey has the potential to play in a game. Can Sully do this at AC Milan? If Sully was on the beach and was asked to come in will he have asked the player to continue playing while he still warms the bench? I believe he have gladly jumped into the game. This is gloss disrespect to Agyeman-Badu and sully should apologise to him.
