trace the manager of the player comin in to replace him and u'll see he either from the FA or knows s.one from the FA.

same reason why blackstars number one goal keeper was dropped soon as appiah took over and brought in a local goal keeper,he'll ave his share as soon as he signs for that south African team,and he got away with it cos we got so much talent.

fact that they said he was injured when he says he wasn't tells the whole story.they knew people wont believe them if they say player not good enough cos people know how good he is,so they said he was injured.
but the fact is,someone is payin some rediculous money to be in the team and its prob too good to refuse,and it had to at this stage when competition is just days away.
this stage is where players get big contracts and a coach would rather pick a player that is ready to give him a share if he gets a big contract rather than a player with no benefit after.
and they get away with it because theres so much talent,same with the senior national team.

I can tell you. Agyeman Badu, Dede Ayew, Dominic Adiya, Rabiu Mohammed, Jonathan Mensah are regulars of the Black Stars. Not every U-20 player makes it to the national. It is due to hardwork and sometimes luck.

So who is telling the truth?

As for connections and bribery cases in Ghana teams I refused to accept it until my own nephew was hit with one. This was an U17 team some few years back and my nephew wrote to me to send him $5000. The reason to pay for bribe to be included in the final team. I refused and truly he was not included.
I will never give my nephews name but if I were to give many will believe the story.

What players must know is that, when they challenge their coaches in public view, they may end up destroying their own career. A good coach like Sellas Tetteh would only drop player for a better player. It is more in the interest of the dropped player to keep quiet than for him to litigate his dropping.

I was trying to analyze the whole situation, and in my opinion I think it;s NOT bribery but more of pride in Pappoe's situation. So, Pappoe is captain at chelsea and might be thinking he is better than all these local guys on the team, heck,he may even be having character conflicts with the satellites team captain thinking he should be captain here too(Remember we are dealing with a teenager here). Also, Coach Tetteh might be having issues with Pappoe especially at training. Here is a guy who is coming from chelsea as a captain thinking "I am the best on the team, I train with better coaches at chelsea and you Coach Tetteh is asking me to do all these unnecessary physical drills," which to him is irrelevant because he is already a star at Chelsea, but you see these other Ghanaians on the team will do anything to win big contracts after this tournament. So, Pappoe may be giving excuses with his previous knee injury just to escape some drills, as QOUTED in the article "According to the Black Satellites’ team doctor, Prince Pambo, the guardsman was released because “it had become difficult for him to combine our heavy training and the tournament schedule” due to an injury." So Coach has no choice but to find a way to drop him. As this could be breaking down the team unity and What better way to do this than TO use his own excuses he used to ESCAPE heavy/physical drills, " his past Knee Injury." Once again this is just my opinion, putting 2 and 2 together. To me Pappoe shot himself in the foot !!
