A good coach does not single out players for praises or blame...ITS NEVER DONE AS IT AFFECTS GENERAL MORAL IN THE TEAM!!!! Just like the case of a partial and divisive parent...very bad indeed.

I think it is not fair for players like defenders who are VERY GOOD but are not usually talked about because they do not score goals.For coach Duncan to say that it would be described as robbery if Otoo did not get the player ...

He as a coach should know that it is not only scorers but all department make a team. Yes, Otoo scores. How about if the keeper fails to stop the opposing teams?. Thank you

in 2002 the kotoko chief executive issued a fiat that footballer of the year ward be given to aziz ansah. aziz ansah himself was on air touting his credentials. SWAG embark on a regorous campaign to publicise aziz ansa in a year that don bortey held sway. eventually SWAG did the unthinkable by giving the award to aziz ansah on the grounds that as a defender he scored many goals.

SWAG etc will just list the player as goal king and then give footballer of the year award to sombody else. i think duncan knows this very well. he knows this.

There are a LOT more better players in the lower clubs but they don't win because their teams don't perform.

If Mahatma was that good his team would have won the league.
