On very rare occasions, they can. Nigerian coach Stephen Keshi resigned after AFCON because of too much inteference. Nigerian Football Federation had to beg him to rescind his decision which he did. Now, he is free to be his own man and do his own thing with his team. Then of course, he has a championship to show for it.

Ayews will come back and do the same things they did previously and he Appiah will do nothing. He has no guts! Now, let's understand this, Jordan is not a Black Star material, so why will he even call him back? Because Mahama said so? Maybe, the Ayews come in a package deal. Why are the Ayews and Kevin Prince Boateng coming back? Because they want to go to WC at the expense of others, right? And we are letting them do it.

One shouldn’t expect the coach to be dictated to by some so called foreign based player. If they decided to come back to BS, they know they know they are going to be under the same rules as everybody. Do they get special treatment where they play their trade? Nope! They qualify based on merit. And so they must here in black stars too. So why should they expect one from their national coach? If the coach thinks they can deliver the needed results, fine. Appiah’s conduct and statements are fair enough. The only players who would merit PARTIAL special treatment would be players that can (or have demonstrated) play multiple positions.
These players may be richer than the coach but we are not displaying riches on the football pitch, nor are riches considered in the determination of who wins the match. If one’s intention is to impose a special treatment because of his/her wealth, Forbes top 10 is the best place for that, they should try to get themselves there

Respect is earned and not giving. If your knowledge of the game is NOT up to par with these players then you will have problems in your hands.Any of these players could be call upon to coach the black stars just like you. If you listen to their suggestions at times and not turn them off because you are the head coach it might help the situation
There is no coach in this world who doesn,t work under pressure.Any coach who does not experience pressure is not a winning coach.Every angle a coach turns there is a particular issue he has to deal with.There is one from the top,middle and below.I will leave this for you to figure out for yourself.
