Appoint a leader, he becomes a "King", approachable, not transparent, above the law, corrupt and inefficient. Appoint a king, he is useless to society, must be carried on the shoulders of men and when he pronounce you guilty there is no appeal, he is a "god". I think AA is very intelligent and will be able to put Ghana first. The Ayews and all the returnees must understand what we are trying to achieve. We need them to co-operate with the coach fully to prove to the world that we have come of age and deserve respect in sports and other spheres of life.

No one should underestimate The Ghana Zambia clash in September.Ghana should feature the best team to thrash Zambia outright to advance further into the final home and away games. Looking at the teams lined up for the final home and away teams Ghana needs the Ayews to present a much stronger team against any other stronger opposition and not underestimate the Zambia return to the BABA yara stadium for that crucial game.Its going to be a very intensed game with Zambia attacking from beginning to the end. Both coach Steven Apiah and the GFA should bury the Ayews stories and concentrate on how to win with the best team on the day and that is what most people in Ghana wants. Appiah has problems with these players because their knowledge of the game is much more superior than him.These players had played in big clubs under knowledgeable and super coaches.Consequently,they know what it takes to win games.He and his technical team should always listen to some suggestions from these guys.DON,T SAY THESE ARE MY RULES TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.If you think this way my brother-your coaching career will surely not last too long.Super athletes don,t shy away from telling the coach their peace of mind.Intelligent coaches listen to these super athletes.One on one conferences with players is very important.Let individual player set their bars they WANT TO REACH at a particular game.There are so many good players so we don,t expect a player to play tired on the field and still wants to play.Let the older players start the game with 30 minutes or the entire half of play. If they give us a comfortable lead then you bring the young players to throw the diggers into the opponent left breast.

When Gyan, Muntari, etc resigned decided to come back ,no impediments were put on their way. Why the Ayew bros? I don't even understand why both coaches are from the Kotoko camp. Kwasi erred in not taking Jordan to the ACN. As for the captaincy row with Abedi the least said about the better. The all started in '82 and Kwasi was captain when Ghana failed to qualify for Africa cup. For 6yrs we were absent until Abedi leadership. I was so sad when in 2010/11 Tony Yeboah made a confession on GTV about his struggle with Abedi for the captain's band. Anyway we accept his apology.
