  he was very impressive @ the african under 20 championship & it was a pity coach silas tetteh did not find a place for him and jeremiah akorful in his first eleven @ the under 20 world cup.

  True. Just as we all love Coach Tetteh and laud him with superlatives, he made some questionable selections both in Algeria and Turkey. Leaving out entirely Akorful and Ofori in Turkey was a big mistake. I am also wondering w ...

  True. Just as we all love Coach Tetteh and laud him with superlatives, he made some questionable selections both in Algeria and Turkey. Leaving out entirely Akorful and Ofori in Turkey was a big mistake. I am also wondering why he picked Duncan ans Anaba over Narh. Narh and Aboagye , combined with Acheampong could have given the French lots of trouble. Also Ofori and Akorful seeing some action in place of players like Baba Mensah could have helped a lot.
  I must add though that the U20 Team were a superb gang of lads. God will bless all of them and Mother Ghana will reward them.

  Ebenezer played his first game for AIK today - a friendly against Man U. And from what I saw, I cannot believe he was left out of the U. 20 squad by Tetteh especially given that our defensive frailties led to our failure to win the trophy. He fitted in well with the team and his tigerish tackling and defending at left back subdued Nani and later Giggs. Would not be surprised if he gets into the Black Stars sooner or later. Wish him best of luck.
