Secondly, impunity with which some people attack all Asantes instead of responding to the particular individual to me borders on stupidity and moronic attributes. I have had relations and friendships from almost every ethnic group in Ghana and even Nigeria. I have seen how humanity and decency are not exclusive functions of ethnicity. My wife, a pretty and beautiful lady, is a Ga-Fante, a progeny of Accra royalty and Cape Coast erudite. And her family on both sides of her ethnicity, have been very kind and wonderful to me. I count myself blessed. And through me and most of my Asante relatives and friends, her family members have seen the immense humanity and generosity of the Asante. My Ewe in-laws have been nothing but great family members.
