  The Chipolopolos have returned safely home by now. Some members of their media claimed that Ghana offered no security to their team when they got to Kumasi. Incredulous even to the most vaive of humans!! Very interesting that they are all safe nonetheless; and inspite of what some of their kin reportedly did to Ghanains in the first leg. Rubbing a little pepper in the wounds of the Chipolopolo is okay for a bit, but the focus should be on the preparations to scale the next hurdle on the march to Brazil 2014. Chipolopolo score a beautiful goal from a really nice set piece. Stars will learn from that. Hopefully Zambians learned much about the famed hospitality of Ghanaians even in defeat.

It isn't enough just to be a participant at the World Cup. We need to reach the finals and aim for a win. That should be our ultimate goal. So far, things don't look all that great, esp. judging from the Zambia match.

  In the past, a game like this would have been 0-0 or 1-1. The way the team has been scoring in during qualifying is a good sign. I feel that any national team that can confidently score two goals a game gives themselves a chance to win any game against team. It is not about style. Goals are needed and a solid back line that knows when to clear the ball and when send that initial pass to to start the counter attack.

  The last goal was score by the Zambian team because of lack of height in the Ghana's defense. They out jumped our guys.Coach Appiah needs to find a way to play against taller and physical teams.
  To play well against taller teams like the Burkina, ground ball control should be the approach. Quick and accurate ground balls at the opponent goal area should be the approach.Its more likely the defense will commit penalties. I will avoid direct corner kicks because of lack of height. Height is very important in modern day sports.I don,t like the way other teams man handle some our players.

  The Zambians should be able to train n the field at whatever time they choose. You should have peovidd them with an alternative field for their practice if the playfield cannot be used immediately vefore the game.
