  You guys told us that the agreement said the losers (Ghana or Zambia) would play Brazil.

  Is it not just the expected result that we would not play them ...

  2. I think we did a bad job in the agreement process; we still could have played Brazil regardless of whether we won the Zambia game or not, as the first final-round game does not occur till the middle of October, plenty of time for our emerging talents to assemble without too-much club commitment.

  That day 15th of October is a Tuesday and might not be an ideal time for Ghana. As at now, we have no clue whether the W/C qualifying matches will be on the 12th which is the 2nd week or the 19 which is the 3rd week in October. To avoid all the hassles I guess it's worth it not playing Brazil around that time.

  Why would the GFA agree to play a match, the result of which we already know, loss for the Black Stars? It may be a learning opportunity for the team but it is heartbreaking for to watch our boys being toyed with everytime they meet the Brazilians. It is like a cat that toys with a mouse before devouring it at his pleasure.
  
  Personally I think we have been spared the heartbreak. Sorry about losing the participation fee but our dignity, and FIFA ranking, is still intact.
