Avo, the man is a sports minister which is a combination of football and the rest of the sports. With this post he was supposed to know fifa rules and regulations; however, he doesn't. That is why the rules are entangling around him at the moment through his comments. I feel pithy for the man.

According to fifa, not even a president of a nation can impose a play on a coach. On the contrary, it is the exactly what this minister is doing. Someone needs to tell him to stop for it is not acceptable in the football system. If he wants to be a coach, he can do so by taking coaching courses but will have to surrender his position to another before he could be hired as a national coach. Avogadro, please ask the man for me. Which one would he prefer? He can't have both positions at the same time. Therefore, he needs to quit his day job. In other words, this is not his territory.

We have the right to say whatever given to us, but here, the minister misunderstood his role as an insider. Here is my reason.

When I read the article, I sensed an inside information given to a journalist which wasn't supposed to be leaked. The information fell on the wrong hands! That is how I see it and here is my clue, "I know", says by the minister of sport, "he (Muntari) has been called into the team, and that is a fact." So you see, the minister thinks his is one of us who has the freedom to say whatever he sees. In this incident, the minister doesn't have the Freedom of Speech because of his position. He was supposed to keep the secret of the invitational list handed to him but he couldn't.

What a mess! I know he will learn from it.

It would be WISE if Kwesi Appiah, starts Muntari as a LEFT full back; and was also hoping that Frank Acheampong as the LEFT winger tracking back and forth and also swapping position with Andre Ayew.

What I was hoping and praying about is meaningless because Frank Acheampong is AWOL/missing from the squad.

Case in point, Muntari should be deployed as a LEFT full back period.

The GFA must also appoint Sellas Tetteh, Frimpong Manso, and Emmanuel Armah as a SPECIAL CONSULTANTS to assist the coach.

Love/hate Michael Essien with his presence Ghana will surely qualify.

Hopefully, my article will find the GFA and the handlers of our National team very well.

I personally, in my candid opinion had kicked against the practice with the opinion that, good players are scattered all over and could be folly on us if we think the coach can see and monitor them all at a go.
And that, since the situation hovers around TeamGhana,it is incumbent on the 24 million of us to also help, see and monitor the selection process
in order to ease the burden of the proverbial "One Man Thousand'.
Reason: "One head cannot go into counselling"

There had been another school of thought that had countered the above with the notion: We are superimposing our thoughts, albeit usurping powers by encroaching the coache's territory for the simple reason that, the coach is black. OOPS! is a Ghanaian:-our very own kind.

I had again, in categorical terms refuted that theory with a counter, refreshing the people's mind that when the 'soccer mercenaries' aka.
"The Serbian Invasion" crashed our programmes, fans couldn't leave them alone, people had had the same audacity to question them as to why this, or that player was not chosen. As to why this or that strategy/formation was adopted in a typical reference to the unpopular catche "One Goal Project"
Why a coach was living elsewhere and coaching from a distance. Why a coach have had to talk thru a paid intepretor and all that negative and unproductive jazz.

So you see, what the Hon. Minister has done is not anything new in the history of Ghana soccer, especially when the GBS is the focus point.
The Hon. Mninister, just like you and I is very passionate of the GBS. He wants Ghana, the land of his birth to succeed.
Atleast, to depose the Pharoah in the coming months so Brazil becomes a straight shot. He couldn't have contained his feelings. Bring Muntari on, he immotionally motions. Haaaaa

All the same, even tho these usurpation of powers may seem to be encroaching the authority of the coach, the coach is mandated to veto such powers that be however credible and workable our suggestions might be.

I don't think any of us, the recalcitrants, have a problem with that.

Right now, as I write, I am in a partial disagreement with MRAA's pick of certain players.
