  It's obvious, as the population of Ashanti and the surrounding regions explode, so do we need a much larger stadium in the center of Ghana. We need a 60,000 capacity stadium in Kumasi.

  When you are building, you put the future in mind. Don't say 60,000; you don't know what the population will become in another 20 to 30 years. So build like say, 120,000 capacity or more. That is what the advanced countries d ...

  I don't get this sentence..the first part I do but the second? Can the stadium only holds 25000 people and they sold 34000?
