That is Ghana for you , I was asked by a police officer to give him some money before I pass through the border at Apowa in the western Region and I refused, He told me openly that he is sure am one of the overseas people who knows too much, He told me if I don't give him that small money I will end up in court to pay big money, To end a long story short I indeed ended up in Sekondi Court and paid ten times more the amount he demanded. I learnt my lesson from that day and paid my dues anytime the police asked me to. What was my charge at the court ? The picture in my licence is not clear-can you believe this ? To you guys who are saying that he should report to the police or the appropriate authorities, Who are the police or the appropriate authorities in Ghana? Backward ever forward never
