I will advise you not to register any complaint for I just watched the fight and I came to the conclusion that Narh sincerely lost the fight . If you are his trainer I suggest you show him how to get out of corners and make good use of his left hand and his jabs Ray spent a lot of wasted punches that did not count and allowed the opponent to turn the fight into a street brawl and he got knocked down in the last round.Ray should watch fights by Rocky Marchiano and learn how to beat guys like his opponent.

Both titles were IBF . Now back to Narh, his first mistake was thinking he could outhussle Vargas, Mexicans are tough fighters, and often rely on power , so they are used to getting hit hard. His idea of shoe shining whilst fighting on the inside didnt work, there was too much holding on both parties. Vargas on the inside was more effective snapping Narhs head back with uppercuts. So the middle rounds worked against him, the referee Jay Nady didnt help either.Now when fighting on the outside he was able to connect Jabs , straight rights and afew body shots, but the problem is he was getting COUNTERED by Vargas whenever he opened up. Adelaide Byrd seriously needs to be investigated, she is a terrible judge and is probably in cahoots with the bookies in las Vegas. Narh eventually got KNOCKED DOWN from a flush hook, worsening his case. Fight can be split decision to vargas, and the score can be alittle closer, Narh won about 4 rounds or on the split 6 but he certainly DIDNT WIN THE FIGHT. The fact that he did better than the fight with RAY ROBINSON, which he got TKOed does not mean he won the fight. At 135 ,Narh an olympian was a beast, but he couldnt hang in 140 because of weight issues and as for 147, he fights like a C-class fighter. He should accept the fact that he will be a GATEKEEPER for up and comming boxers because of his record, which is now 26-4 21kos , which will give him more fights and atleast some mediocre money. NARH , my advise is start CRANE OPERATOR SCHOOL, HVAC or MECHANIC, you are 35 , you need something substantial, you dont want to be 45years and slurring your words with your mouth drooling from getting punched constantly. know when to GET OUT

You have to look at the opposition lartey has fought versus what Spencer has fought,Spencer is on a different level,but thats what boxing is about right, challenging. thank God they are not crying like TEAM NARH, narh did well but his flaws were fighting on the inside during the middle rounds. when he stayed outside he dominated vargas. Plus he kept on getting hit flush by vargas who eventually knocked him down. I agree the scores were too wide. it,s easily a split descision, close fight but narh clearly lost......compubox has the stats, and GHFUO stop typing in capitals, you give good advise sometimes but typing in CAPITALS FOR THE WHOLE PARAGRAPH IS RUDE.

Instead of encouraging him to fight better next time and win decisively, you are adding to the speculation he won the fight, he got knocked down and saved by the bell, in his last fight he got knocked out of the ring , and then knocked out, if the refree didn't help him , ray robinson would have done damage to him. go watch that one too, its on youtube, and ray narh was saying he was robbed on that one too because the refree stop the fight so he will not be massacred. he is old and not strong at welterweight.
